Service Machine & Tool is proudly American-made in Elmira, New York. We have a proven track record of quality parts, tooling, and prompt delivery. SMT has over 25,000 square feet of floor space fo manufacturing and added assembly.

 

Every part is inspected twice - during production and after - in our quality control inspection room.

 

If it is build to print, tool drawings, or from a prototype, we can help fulfill your needs. We have full 4-axis CNC capability with CAD-CAM. We stock raw materials such as plastics, steel, stainless steel, and aluminum for quick turnaround and deliveries. SMT also has turnkey machine-building capabilities from engineering, manufacturing, startup, debugging, installation, and completion. We can transfer current prints or your design concepts to our CAD system. We have complete documentation services for word processing, spreadsheet, and CAD drawing files. All drawings are created and updated using AutoCAD or Solidworks software. We provide suggestions and solutions regarding a product that could pose problems in the future to save you both time and money.
